About the Artist: Nambe metal products are cast in a unique metal that has the solidity of iron and the luster of silver, but contains no silver, pewter, or lead. Each Nambe piece goes through a series of shaping, grinding, buffing and polishing steps. Slight imperfections found on Nambe's brilliant finish is characteristic of the sand-casting process, and since Nambe is handcrafted, no two pieces are exactly alike.
Products are packed with coolant during their journey to ensure they arrive in great shape. Meats will arrive frozen or refrigerated. Most of our products are shipped frozen; occasionally, due to a very quick turnaround between when the meats arrive at our freezing and distribution facility and when they are delivered to you, meats may be shipped fresh. Meat that is cold to the touch can be refrigerated for immediate use, or frozen for later use.
