A scene of Jerusalem is incised on one side and Elijah in Hebrew on the other side. Glazed in blue, honey-brown, and other colors on a cream-white background. Each item is individually hand-crafted, using a fine white stoneware clay and glazed. Glaze varies with and within each piece. Each piece is fired to 2200 F, making it durable, safe and functional. Most of our products are shipped frozen; occasionally, due to a very quick turnaround between when the meats arrive at our freezing and distribution facility and when they are delivered to you, meats may be shipped fresh. Meat that is cold to the touch can be refrigerated for immediate use, or frozen for later use.
